Geo Performance report bug?

got answer via email:
"It is expected behavior, this occurs because of the way we handle geo-data lookups.

We send the IP address on each bid request through a vendor called MaxMind, which returns any available geo information in a standardized format. In instances where DMA is not available in the MaxMind database, we'll fall back to whatever the exchange sends us in that field, which in many cases will not be in the same format that MaxMind uses."
